As an experienced server, you will be the face of Mabel's Gourmet Pizza, responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise will help us deliver top-notch service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and a full belly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service with a smile, making every guest feel like family.
- Master our menu, including all our gourmet pizza creations, to provide recommendations and answer questions.
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring guests have everything they need for an amazing dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service standards.
Requirements
Qualifications for the Position of Server!
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or pizzeria environment required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid Smart Serve
Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
